We were lucky enough to walk into the Engrained showroom on a whim and meet with Anna. It felt like she really understood our style and preferences by the time we left that afternoon. Just a few months later, we’re living with our dream kitchen! Anna led us patiently through each step of the process and shared her design & product expertise along the way. We had a great installation experience as well— the team was thorough, prompt and efficient. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and would definitely recommend working with Engrained for your kitchen remodel!

We recently built a new home and had an excellent experience with Chantal and the rest of the Engrained team. Chantal was amazing from the day we walked into their Flagstaff show room and looked at samples, all the way through final touch ups after install. She created a design for all of the areas of our house, went over pros and cons of the different choices and materials, answered tons of questions, helped make tweaks based on our budget, and then was extremely easy to communicate with via email, phone, and text throughout finalizing all of the details, fabrication, delivery, and install. Eszter was amazing in helping us pick out a countertop which turned out fabulous. Stephanie was our coordinator for measurements and install. Her communication was amazing even when we had a delay. She offered for us to come in and pick a new countertop but it was worth the extra couple of weeks for our “original” choice. I would highly recommend Engrained for your projects.

I've worked with Anna at Engrained for almost 2 1/2 years. She, with support from her vendors, designed and specified all the cabinets in our new home in Flagstaff Ranch. The result exceeded our expectations. With over 44 years in the commercial construction industry, I was well aware of the nuances in residential cabinetry and installation.
