Quality of the product was good, I'm satisfied with that; however, I'd ordered it back in June and nothing shipped for weeks. I'd call in for updates (never received any proactive contact from their end) and would be told it's parts delays, should be shipping soon. I'd check back in periodically and same story, we're getting it in soon and will ship. Finally after more than two months (and again no outgoing contact ever from their end) it did finally ship. They refused to give me any credit or even refund shipping costs for this two-month delay, but they did expedite shipping and I do like the product. Just be advised that despite what's listed for sale on their website may not actually be in stock and they will neither update the website nor let you know unless you pester them repeatedly

I ordered a ceiling mounted shower curtain unit on line, once I ordered I had a few questions. When I called I actually got either the owner or 1 of the owners. Very Nice and super helpful!!! I wish all companies could take it back to a time before AI and actually have a real conversation. Great product, excellent quality and real people to talk too!!!

Outstanding product. Very high quality. Price was very fair. The shower curtain hasn't touched me during a shower since installed. The product works exactly as desired. This is truly unique product but they seem to have a massive variety.

they are scoundrels. ordered a handle from them, handle was wrong. went with a different handle from elsewhere. I paid to ship handle back. they then ignored me and wouldn't refund me for months. and when they finally do refund, they short me on the refund $191. scoundrels.

Fast friendly service. The product shipped and arrived fast and was just as expected.
