great location easy drop off good price and fit my rav 4 with a cargo box! clearance of 7ft which is hard to find in the city. only paid $18 for 7-8 hrs on a saturday

Awful experience! Came to get my car and the lot was closed. I told the attendant the time I would be back and he said no problem. Stood outside in the freezing cold for well over an hour. No one answered any of the listed numbers.

Be aware. There is no information about extra money for SUV on ParkWhiz, and even if you paid the parking pass with ParkWhiz you would be asked $12 more for your SUV at the scene, and if you explained you paid already and no information on the website, etc, the short white hair guy started to yelling "ParkWhiz and we are different company" and eventually threatened with baseball bat. Can anyone believe this things happen? I had the experience yesterday. Of course I had to leave the parking lot with my car. Who want to leave the car with the aggressive guy? I will report this experience and this parking place to the ParkWhiz and NYPD regarding all things happening I had yesterday.

I came into this garage by accident, the attendant prints a ticket and hands it to me. When I realized I was in the wrong parking and wanted to leave, he charges me $15 for the ticket which is for 1 hour. When I told him I was literally in there for 2 minutres, he tells me I'm not the boss this is what the owner wants me to do. I don't get it. $15 for pulling in for 2 minutes?

I told them I would return at 10:30 to pick up my car, when I arrived they were closed and none of the phone numbers on the ticket worked. Had to take a cab home and return the next day.
