Only giving 1 🌟 because I have to in order to leave a review. I will never park at this establishment ever again. I was so disappointed with the disorganization, the volatile conditions, the extended wait times, the workers, the lack of English speaking attendants, the fact that none of the printed time added up, and the price! Not only were they herding customers like cattle, withholding their vehicles, keys and standing in front of customers trying to exit in their cars, the lack of parking attendants attempting to multitask between entering cars, printing tickets, taking payments, and trying to park cars at the same time was egregious! Parked here for 9 hours and when I pick it up there’s a nail in my tire. And the stuff is saying they didn’t do anything and won’t not be holding liability. Never park your car here unless you want a flat tire.

Excellent staff quick to deliver the cars, the prices are comfortable if you take advantage of the specials offered, the guys earned the tip. I contribute with the photo update prices

I have been a monthly member for about a year now and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is nice and you can text them like 15 min before you need your car and it’ll be waiting (my last garage required one day notice!!!). It seems the negative reviews are mostly people understandably shocked at the prices, but they’re fair for NY so not something to hold against this garage in particular.

Fast service. Very close to the convention center. It’s pricey but it’s expected in New York City. They take your car and bring it back very quickly.
