Horrible staff! When we parked, we were asked to pay in advance which we did. We told the guy the time we will be back to pick up our car as well. When we came back to pick up our car, there was a different guy and he said that we need to pay $20 more. When we showed him that we already paid $38 with the receipt, he insisted on us needing to pay $20 more and said that the other guy mistaken. My husband gave him the money and asked for receipt and the guy refused to give the recipt. My husband told him that you need to pay taxes on your profit and need to give me a receipt the guy started saying bad words refusing to give the receipt and very violent too. We are scared as our little kids were also with us. We very well know the guy didnt want to give us a receipt because he put the $20 he c

I would not recommend anyone going to park their car here. They are money thieving. I used spothero to make reservation and they forced me to pay another $30 on top of what I paid them through spotHero. Omar was very unprofessional and customer support line is impossible to get a hold of someone.
