They damaged my bumper by backing my car into a concrete wall and fully denied it. Since I didn’t have a picture from that morning now im stuck with a few hundred in damage and they’re just chilling with no liability . Not to mention their attendants are extremely poorly mannered. If I could give zero stars, I would.

THEY USED MY CAR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!!! I parked my car here yesterday for a few hours while I was at Terminal 5 concert. In the middle of the concert around 10pm I got this notification from my car. When I got my car back I asked the attendant about this notification, and he was not able to explain who and why decided to open 2 windows and the hatch. They knew my planned timing, so I guess they could smoke something or have sex inside. I am expecting an official reply from the company.

Book parking for the event way ahead of time. When arrived— was turned out because no space is available. They not only charged me for nothing, but also I missed 30 minutes of concert because was looking for other places to park my car. Horrible experience!

Parked there for only a couple of hours and went to see a movie across the street. Went to pay and was charged extra for an oversized vehicle that I don’t have (I own a sedan). I informed them that it was the wrong price and that I don’t have an oversized vehicle. They proceeded to intake more cars and left me waiting. After they finally called their manager I was informed to pay the fee in cash with no atm in sight or nearby. I then made an offer to pay the full price with my card and get reimbursed the difference in cash right then and there. They proceeded to tell me I would have to wait until Monday to be reimbursed (this was Saturday night). He finally decided to give the difference back in cash after going back and forth about it. I was still unable to pull my car out of the lot. Af

SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE of false advertising! This company practices predatory behavior by up charging fees using events parking cost without mentioning anything about additional fees upfront. We didn’t attend whatever so called event they were mentioning. We prepaid for parking through spot hero which they accepted as sufficient payment and then valet parked the car. There were other customers having the same issue of being told they have to pay additional fees to retrieve their cars upon pick up. We was never informed of any possible additional fees until pick up. Clearly they are using this loophole to make money off their customers.
