Enterprise Gold St. Parking LLC

DO NOT give this garage any business. I came down to visit my parents. I booked a garage via SpotHero at 98 Prince Street which is the other entrance for this garage. When I pulled in they told me they were full. I told the attendant that I had a SpotHero reservation and he said he could do nothing because the parking garage was full and I needed to call SpotHero to cancel it. I had made this reservation 3 weeks before I arrived and was coming in from a six hour drive. The attendant Fernando was rude and lacked customer service skills. I asked for a manager am he at first told me he wasn’t there, when I asked for the manager’s name and contact information he refused to give it to me telling me he is on vacation for the week, then told me he could not help because he was new. DO NOT give this garage any business. I'm not from Brooklyn, but came down for a game at Barclays. I booked a garage via spot hero and accidentally pulled into this garage thinking it was mine. Apparently mine was 306 Gold and not 309 Gold, but both are run by the same company. But in any event I gave the valet my spot hero reservation on my phone which he took into the office with him. He returned 5 minutes later with my phone and the parking ticket. Clearly he didn't want to tell me I was parked in the wrong garage. When I came back at the end of the night, "oh you aren't in the system" and proceeded to charge me $35 for the night. Such a scam.

Someone hit my car in a hit and run incident in front of their parking lot while I was working next door. I asked for their help because they have a camera facing that direction. I went in and they told me to come the following day because the person who deals with the camera wasn’t in but would be in the morning at 6am. The cameras were working when I left, I saw it myself. I came in the next day for a follow up as they indicated the person in charge told me the camera were not working and was super rude. I asked him when I could come back and he said he didn’t know, he basically pushed me out. I was super respectful to him and he was just rude. What a coincidence that the camera doesn’t work the next day.

DO NOT PARK HERE PLEASE! THEY OVERCHARGED ME 30$ CASH RUN BY PEOPLE WHO DONT SPEAK A LICK OF ENGLISH AND TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PARKING GARAGE AND TOTAL RIP OFF. CHARGED ME 50$ CASH AND KEPT 30$ FOR HIMSELF. WHEN I CALLED BACK ALL OF A SUDDEN NO ONE “SPEAKS ENGLISH”.

Everyone here is great to work with. Super responsive and friendly and low prices. Awesome experience would recommend.
