Failed to pick up trash. I had trash sitting all over my curb. Made sure it was bagged neatly following the guidelines. I called twice about it and the first person said they trucks were running behind and the second told me they didn't know and that it would be picked up when it was picked up.

Water and trash bill paid. New can. No service. My trash had better be picked up,last week also or I will be making a deposit

The clerk that I spoke to was very friendly and considerate.y issue was taken care of that day
