I wanted to give a shout out to our technician Jagger that came out on the Fourth of July weekend to not only repair our fiber optic line that had been accidentally cut by our lawn maintenance person, but he also he also adjusted how the line came into the house to prevent it from happening again. He had to fend off some of the worst mosquitos we’ve ever had at our place and was able to get us back up and running quickly. He was professional and told us everything he would be doing to make sure we would be happy with the finished product. He’s an asset to this company and I hope if we ever need assistance again, he is the technician they send.

Just received SVEC rapid fiber in live oak so they sent out Daniel to install it for us! He was great very professional and friendly,He was able to get it done very quickly! Overall awesome experience
