We recently hired Derrick for a home inspection on a house we just purchased, and he was outstanding. He was professional, polite, and extremely thorough. He took his time to make sure nothing was missed, especially in the crawl space where he used a remote camera to inspect every accessible area, not just a small section. That gave us real peace of mind that he didn’t miss anything.
