Janet at The Bumper Depot has done multiple cars for me over the years. My 68 mustang in 2000, My 1957 Chevy truck was done in 2014 and the chrome still appears showroom condition. She recently last year did my 1957 Ford custom 300 and the chrome on that vehicle is absolutely beautiful, I can’t recommend them enough. They stand by their work and the quality is unsurpassed . Worth the cost of shipping to get it to California as no one can touch their quality of chrome. Thank you, Janet and Denise for always doing such beautiful work and excellent customer service

ERIC M 59 ELCO I will start out by saying I wish I would have read the reviews before I took my things to them to rechrome. The problems I've had with this company when I went to the good guy show they were there so I showed het the stuff I need to rechromed first thing I was told when I asked what they thought it would cost to send the stuff back to me they told me $40 was over $100.00. I had some bump guards that I need to rechroming one was in bad shape I asked Janet if she thought this could be a chromed she told me oh yes if not we have other ones that match I got a call telling me they did not have the matching one after they told me at the show they could find one so I asked him to look to see if anyone had one then I got a call saying they found one long story short when I got the

I purchased a front bumper. after 1 year and 8days the car was finally ready for the bumper. After revealing,I found that the brackets were welded wrong. Janet now wants me to pay shipping, repairs,and plating. MY ADVISE IS TO NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THE BUMPER DEPOT. SHE WILL TELL YOU LIES JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY !!! At the Early Bird swap meet I will have this bumper on display with a large sign showing just what kind of a person janet is. Oh dont forget her famous last words GOD BLESS !! My response to janet is, When we talk to the seller, at that point the issues are price, quality, and service. Once you pay the money you have to trust the seller will honor quality and service. Stay away. Far far away. Completely ruined emblems that can’t be replaced and won’t refund unless I surrender my own parts. Looks like small claims court ahead. Best part I had asked if the emblems could be done without ruining the paint. I’m sorry and no refund doesn’t cut it

I sent front and rear bumpers, side marker bezels and taillight bezels here and they look amazing. The rear bumper had a lot of dings and dents and it looks show room quality. Very quick turnaround, it only took about a month with shipping time included. Janet and crew have been great to work with. I know where I’m sending my parts from now on
