We’d come back fron July 4th weekend holiday this year to a nightmare. For the three days we were away, our water heater leaked in the attic and virtually impacted 80 to 90% of our home. As you can imagine, we were devastated. Through a referral, we enlisted Entrusted for mitigation, cleanup, and reconstruction. Zach and the entire Entrusted team could not have been a more wonderful experience. They were professional every step of the way, did outstanding work, and worked well with our insurance company. Entrusted operated in an openly professional manner from begging to end. They worked closely me and directly with the insurance company on my behalf to obtain maximum recovery cost. The quality of work was outstanding and they were flexibility in timeline implementation.

Professional Service. Crews show up within the Timeframe stated. Crews are very professional in their work, dress, and demeanor. They tell us what they will be doing that visit and work quickly to get their task done correctly, keeping us informed of the progress taken. If next step involves other technicians, they make sure to notify them and set up a time before they leave, instead of "doing it when they get to the office". IF you need a Mitigation Service, i cannot Recommend Entrusted and they Employees highly enough.

Carson managed the complex mitigation, repair, and replacement projects of our flooded kitchen with amazing efficiency and effectiveness. He managed a multi-company, integrated discipline team with skill, knowledge, and a pleasant manner. He was both personable and professional throughout, producing the promised results on schedule and at the agreed upon cost, and we are very grateful for his management skills and leadership.
