I'm not the guy that writes feedback very often but the experience was that good. I think its hard to find people to trust that also have the years of experience in being good at their job. I called and spoke with Rob on a Friday night at 10 PM after coming in and finding my AC running but not cooling down the house. Rob set up a Sat morning appointment, showed up on time and from the get go I knew I was talking to a good guy. As he checked out my AC he explained what he was doing, saw that I was curious and he continued to comment as he inspected my AC. He was very methodically and obviously knew what he was doing. Rob is the man! I'm writing this review as he is finishing up the AC repair. He was prompt, corteous and knew exactly what was wrong with it. We were on the phone with our home insurance company to send a technician since yesterday and they can't send anyone until tomorrow! I found Enviro Tech online and was I so glad that Rob answered my call. He came to fix our AC within the hour and got it up and running in no time.
