I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. I scheduled an estimate with Andres for landscaping work, including laying sod, addressing a drainage issue, and expanding my patio. Although I initially had trouble reaching out to him due to a full voicemail box, he did return my call and we scheduled a visit for a Wednesday. He came out just before leaving for vacation and assured me I'd receive a written estimate by the end of day Thursday (next day). I paid him the $150 fee he required for the estimate. Unfortunately, Thursday came and went with no estimate, though the check was promptly cashed. I gave him some grace, assuming the delay was due to his vacation. However, even after he returned, I received no est

I contacted 3 companies to give me bids for both scheduled lawn maintenance and for occasional landscape projects. Environmental Landscape Concepts responded quickly and provided estimates that were exactly what I asked for. They have been responsible for all of my outside maintenance for the last 3 months and the results have been perfect.

Andras and his team worked in adverse weather condition to complete the project - create a new big, raised, flower bed and relocate a downspout popup. Great team, reasonable pricing. Will use again.
