The technician did a great job getting rid of the bald face hornets nest then did a quarterly home pest service, I really appreciate that he put multiple bait traps around the house and not just one like some other company’s.

We started service with them last year to help deal with the spotted lantern flies. There are much less of those this year but whenever I see a few I just send a text to Environmental Pest Control and they have the tech come out usually within 3-4 days to spray again. We’ve had the same tech come out every time, Dwayne, and he’s super friendly and helpful. We’ve also had him spray for ants, spiders, and other bugs and noticed an improvement afterward. Overall we’re very happy with the service we’ve received from Environmental Pest Control.

From the first call to the final treatment, an outstanding experience. The initial point of content helped me diagnose the specific insect (yellowjackets) and promptly added me to their schedule. The technician came out, I showed him the area, he explained to me what his plan was and within 24 hours the issues was 95% solved. I reached out to let them know there was still some stragglers remaining, they came out a second time, no charge to retreat. 100% I would use them (and only them) again and will recommend to neighbors via out FB neighborhood page.
