I had the pleasure of working with William Wilson at Envy Restoration, and I am extremely impressed with his professionalism and dedication. He consistently demonstrated excellent customer service by being responsive, attentive, and truly listening to our concerns. His attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the project was handled carefully, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On December 18th, the hot water pipe burst in my master bathroom underneath the slab. It was a homeowner’s worst nightmare come true! And right before Christmas! I did all I could to mitigate the damage by using my shopvac and carpet shampooer to suck up water for more than 30 hours straight until a plumber could get here. I couldn’t turn off the main water to the house because the knob broke off of the shut off valve 🤦‍♀️ So the only thing I knew to do was to suck up as much water as I could until a plumber could get here. Unfortunately, even with all of my efforts, the damage was done as the water spread like wildfire in the walls and floor of both the bathroom and bedroom, totally destroying the cabinets, tile and carpet. I can’t say enough about Envy. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Sunday Chaimberlain, the project manager, Augusto (tile artist- he really is), the drywall/paint guy, Matt (carpet) were all just amazing. My water damaged bedroom and tiled shower look more beautiful than before the damage. Thank you so much!!!

I would love to have the company represented in any of those 5 star reviews. No idea how the company who fumbled and overcharged their way through my experience is even close to the same. This started with a kitchen sink leak. The plumber noticed more water and called a "friend" to look and give me an estimate. He showed less than 10 min later? Totally suspect to me. His initial inspection was more a curiosity of what my homeowners coverage was. After going over all the coverage I had he was very happy and then wrote his estimate band assured me he would handle everything. The next day demo took out a wall and sink cabinet due to water damage. They were sure to mask up for at least 5 min as they new mold must be present (it wasn't). Envy Restoration was the company who came out to do the rebuild. I've never had experience with any Restoration company, so I didn't really know what to expect.
