The website was super helpful and informative in making my decision with choosing a level 2 charger for our home. The price estimate range provided on the website was spot on after purchasing the unit (went with the emporia pro with load management) and installation. I knew how much exactly to budget. Mike and Griffin were very knowledgeable and professional. They made sure everything worked and answered all my questions. Very pleased with service and will be using them for any electrical services in the future.

Epic installed our portable generator inlet. Pricing was very reasonable, and the service was great. They arrived promptly on time for both the estimate and the installation. And, they contacted me quickly after my initial inquiry submission. Great customer service all around. I got 3 quotes to hav my outdatedelectrical panel replaced and Epic was by far the lowest. He scheduled everything with ONCOR and the city inspectors office and keep in touch with me until the work could be done. Power was cut off, the panel replaced, inspected by the city and power restored on the same day. I give Epic an A+ on service and communication. It is nice these days to call a company and have someone answer their phone.

Once again Epic comes again and knocks it out. Sasquatch’s Candy Den opened its second retail location in Weatherford and they helped us stay on on schedule to meet our deadline and were very flexible with scheduling as we worked with changes from the other sub-contractors. Thanks again Epic
