He advocated for me in every step of the way. Andrew communicated with my insurance company and was able to get my roof replacement covered. All I had to do was submit a claim and a permit to my HOA. Andrew and his team handled the rest. It was seamless from start to finish. I was never left in the dark and communication was constant. Andrew is very prompt, polite, informative and an ease to speak with. The crew did a great job with my roof and cleaned up all debris. It was as if they were never even there after they had departed. I was left with a brand new and well crafted roof. Andrew even offered to move my many plants

I was lucky to find Epic Home Improvement. We had just noticed a leak and called another company to come and inspect our roof. They were a no show thankfully. The next day my neighbor was having his roof done and I asked who was doing the work , within the hour JANE was there explaining how Epic works. JANE and Epic were the best thing that happened to me. Everyone was very professional and got our roof fixed even replacing some boards in one day. Then came back the next day to make sure everything was clean.
