Epic Roof Replacement

Best Company to work with. David Neith was very professional and responded quickly to all my calls and texts. Epic was very fast with everything. and also recommended a good company to do our insulation. Their price was very competitive and the process was not stressful at all. Would highly recommend.

We started search for the roof replacement with a few roofing companies in early Nov. With Epic roofing, the price was competitive with others but be aware, the damaged wood cost can be very costly. We selected Epic because the warranty and material was good. We started the job in mid Dec. The communication with the project manager, Nelson, was OK at the beginning but it went downhill after a few issues encountered with the replacement. First issue, the crew has no concept of time and cleaning up. They were working until 7PM, in the dark the last day so needless to say, they didn’t clean up very well since we find quite a few nails on the driveway. Finding out you need a new roof is never good news but at least we chose wisely when we decided to go with Epic. Omri came in with a reasonable proposal for a new roof and gutters. The process handled professionally and pretty much hustle free. Communication with the crew, project manager and their office was great. We might go ahead and replace our windows with them as well. Overall good experience, will recommend.

I chose Epic because their quote was the lowest and their reviews were good online. The process was quick, but there were a few things that left me thinking I would not use them again if I could do things again. The roof installers were fast, but they left my gate to the back yard open 2/3 times until I brought it up. This included the night of Halloween when there were people in costume roaming the streets and would not be unusual to have strangers going onto peoples properly. I had a roofer friend review the pictures of the end result and to wrap it up, they said "I don't like it." Last thing I want to bring up, is I paid everything as outlined in the proposal, even waited for their foreman to show up which made me late to an event, to pay him. I saw their Ad for roof replacement that said “our price: 10k our competitors: 18k get a quote today!” They sent me a proposal and it said 18k 😂 can’t make it up. Ive had guys quote me in the past and it was no where near 18k
