Equipment Specialists Dayton

Went in to get a power washer fixed and came back the next day to start it at their shop for it to not work. After 2-3 hours I didn’t even receive a call back to come get it after it was “fixed” after paying them I asked for him to write out on paper he would fix it if it started to not work again for free of course and he told me no and that “ he doesn’t write anything on paper down as if he knew it was going to break… super unprofessional. Any way it broke again and I don’t want to drive 45 minutes to have it fixed for them to charge me for it I run a mobile detailing company and I relied on this company to provide great service but unfortunately I had to go buy another power washer and waste my time on this company. I do not recommend whatsoever not happy in the slightest.

I recommend ESD to anyone in need of all kinds of pressure wash equipment and detergents. Teresa went out of her way to help me with any and all questions I had. As a business owner im very thankful I found them, if you own a business then this place is a must! Stop in and check it out.

Teresa is awesome but her husband/partner in business is just absolutely rude and has no customer service and communication skills once so ever and practices zero hospitality. I looked forward to building a relationship with this company but after his outburst towards me over miscommunication on HIS part that will not be happening. So as far as having a very low inventory, no hospitality, non professionalism, lack of scheduling, etc it's bad enough when I needed work done... him or his crew couldn't get to it I don't have time to wait a week for maintenance. I will be taking my business else where preferably equipment specialist in London. I don't have to wait, there friendly and have everything I need right then and there.

These people are great! Always willing to help in any way. I would take them to meet my parents! Definitely recommended!!!

Steve and his wife are the best. Cant thank you guys enough for all your help with my truck and getting the new power washer, hose reels and everything set up.
