Great falls location didn't have the machine I needed so we found one in helena but I couldn't make it in time so great falls location called over and made sure they could wait up for me and gave me the paper to fill out in advance to make it faster this was the one piece of equipment I extremely much needed to put my crew to work tomorrow so I drove 2 hours over here and showed up 14 min after their normal close time and nobody was there so I called the great falls guy and he called the other guy and I came back to help me out which was great but the he told me that my 16k trailer wasn't nice enough to load it on after it just went 2 hours on the interstate as well as every other rental company I've rented this exact machine from not having a problem with this trailer I've always wondere
