Margarito is an awesome contractor! He always has helpful suggestions on how to make layouts better and turns around projects quickly without cutting any corners or overcharging. My husband and I used him for a double bathroom renovation as well as converting a bedroom into a bedroom and foyer. Even my picky dog likes him!

We were referred to Margarito because he did work on a friend's home and I'm so glad we did! We had a lower floor bathroom that has been gutted since we moved in 2+ years ago and it has been looming over us ever since. We had never really done a renovation project of that scale. We have worked with Erazo Construction twice now and we can't recommend them enough. It took them just six weeks to rebuild both our bathrooms and tackle several other small projects around our home. Margarito and his team are fantastic. They communicated what they were working on regularly, informed us about what changes they were making and why, as well as giving us advice that saved us time and money. We plan on working with them again in the future for our next renovation

I honestly can't say anything negative about Margarito and his crew. My husband and I original hired Margarito to paint our exterior trim. We had several paint projects but we had such horrible experiences with past painters we decided to hire him for only one job and see how he did. He did such a great job we hired him to paint the interior as well. He throughly prepped the jobs, kept a clean & tidy work area, was reliable, and he was good for his word. We would recommend Margarito and his team. We will definitely be using him for future jobs!
