He has done just about everything that can be done to a house for me. Multiple bathrooms, wood flooring, interior and exterior paint. Roof repairs, emergency repairs, and brand new bathrooms. Incredible work, very professional and reasonable prices.

We've used Erick's several times for jobs: both interior and exterior painting, drywall repair, and rebuilding our rotting deck. We're returning customers because they offer reasonable prices, do great work, and are easy to communicate with. Erick is always happy to offer practical and affordable options as needed and does walk throughs himself to make sure everything looks clean at the end of the job. She is also polite, accommodating, compromising, and fair. We purchased an older home a few years ago that needed some TLC. In particular, the exterior paint was old, and there were multiple layers of paint, making not only the color but the texture of the paint unappealing. It was quite difficult to find a paint company that would address not only our painting needs, but our expectation that the texture of the paint would be remediated (that requires significantly more prep work). Erick never blinked at the idea. He quoted me a fair, reasonable price, especially in consideration of the quantity and quality of work

Erick's Painting has been busy during the Pandemic. When I first requested them to stain/paint the outside of our home, I could tell their schedule was booked up but they were still very open to the job. I was patient and waited for their availability (about two months out). The job was done relatively quickly (3-4 days total). Every time I called their business, Xenia was extremely friendly and accommodating. We tried several different paint samples and Erick's painting was very patient while we made a decision.
