Scott Alfonso & Art Caldwell really took their time explaining all the details of the roof types. We went with fibreglass dimensional single shingles, which included drip edge, pipe boots, and flashing. They explained how venting the roof properly would help reduce the heat in the attic, keeping the boards from drying out. They showed us the outstanding premium synthetic underlayment. This stuff cannot be torn apart like the paper underlay. I tried to rip it, trust me. It’s made to last. The shingles are custom-made for our house. Each house’s shingles are custom-made, not manufactured ahead of time and sitting in a warehouse for who knows how long. The gentleman that delivered the supplies was great left everything nice and neatly the installers was professional they clean up process nicely done .
