The services from the sales team, to prep team and install team were very professional. They fixed our moisture damaged walls and flooring. They even fixed a section of pipe that broke during the process of digging up the floor. Sales staff Tyler Hachet even assisted in questions after the process was completed.

Everyone involved with my basement waterproofing was wonderful and easy to work with. They completed the job and cleaned up everything and were very friendly and good workers. So far I am pleased with everyone I talked to and had a good experience with Erie Homes.

Have not had any work done but looking into getting basement waterproofing done. Put in information online for quote and over the past week they have blown up my phone. No voicemail no message just call at all hours of the day. Poor customer service. Will be going with another company. Clearly they are hungry for money
