Everything with my new roof went about as smoothly as anyone could hope for. After sitting down with Erie’s field rep and deciding on material, style, and color we waited around 3-4 weeks for the materials to be manufactured. Once this was complete, o was contacted and we set a date for the roof to begin work. We were quoted a time-frame of two days, which seemed pretty fast for a tear off and replace job. We set a date and the crew was on time and ready to go on the morning we scheduled. After one and a half days the work was complete and my property was completely cleared of any evidence that there was ever a crew there. It wasn’t the cheapest but with a 50 year guarantee, excellence exhibited by the roofers from start to finish, and the vacation that came with deal, I couldn’t be more

I very much was satisfied with my Erie Home experience. The team was very professional and all details were thoroughly explained. The installation team were very hard working. They were able to complete a really nice job in two days. Their cleanup was well done. My roof looks great.

They called me about getting a quote to replace my roof. Then they told me it was their policy that my husband be present at the quote because so many people disagree about design choices. My husband could literally care less about anything to do with getting a new roof. I’ve gotten several quotes and have never ever had someone ask me if my husband will be present at the appointment. When I told them that wasn’t possible they said they won’t give a quote. Good riddance.

Had them come out to give a quote, wanted in my house and was rude when said no. Said they don’t do metal roofs, when on the site says they do. Tried to sell us a 40-50k roof, wouldn’t give us quote details to an email either. Avoid this company.
