Erie Home did a Wonderful Job replacing my roof. I had a Great Experience with all the different members of the Erie Home Team. Mr. John Murray the Office Manager answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my fiberglass shingle selection. Mr Josh Stuckey the Installation Manager went over the whole process of replacing the roof and what was going to be done. He also wanted me to feel comfortable with the color of the shingles before they were installed. The day before the Installation Alonzo the Installation Foreman called me and made sure I was ready for the roof to be replaced and if I had any questions. We are very happy and excited customers that received a top quality job from beginning to the end!!! Our new roof is absolutely beautiful and we were more impressed with the crew. The crew’s workmanship was excellent, they cleaned up beautifully after the job was completed & they were very pleasant to work with. There were a bunch of guys who took off the old roof and put on the new roof. They were here at 7 and worked until 5. They cleaned up beautifully (with magnets, rakes, blowers and sweepers. They were a happy, friendly work crew. I thanked each one when they were leaving for home. Now I wait for our first big storm. I’m fairly certain that this 2 level base will withstand wind and rain! From what I can tell the replacement was done. But the clean up was less than satisfactory. Nails and fasteners all over drive. Got nails in shoes and flat tire. Was supposed to be reimbursed for tire but that never happened. Promises made but not kept. Wouldn’t use them again.

Very pleased with my husband and my recent experience with Erie. They kept us informed during entire project. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. They tidied up after the job was done. And they asked about any quesrions/problems we may have about the whole job.
