Kathy & Neil really came through for us on a last minute urgent request! We were in a very tight spot with a looming inspection on our fire suppression system that could have severally impacted our operations. They adjusted their schedules and got the work completed sooner than anticipated. Their flexibility and attentiveness to our needs went well beyond expectations. I can't imagine we would have passed without them. We are truly grateful, thank you!

Had a standby generator installed. They were lowest of the four quotes I got, and could do the install right away versus me having to wait 2 months like one of the other quotes. Josh and Russ were great to work with. Found them through a referral from my neighbor who was also very pleased with his generator install. Fair pricing, great service and professionalism. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Chad just left our home to check out our system after a lightning strike. He was on-time, gave us great communication before and during the appointment and scheduling the appointment was extremely easy. This is the third time I have worked with them in a year and have had outstanding experiences each and every time. Highly Recommended!

I had an electrical issue and they sent our this young guy that didn't know anything and was in my home for about an hour. He stated he will have to make an appointment and come back. Well another Tech came out and fixed the issue within 1 hour. This was supposed to be covered under my HSA but instead they sent me an invoice for $204.00 billing me for 2 hours and the tech wasn't at my home for about 45 minutes to an hour.. If you value honest companies do not use them. I am going to report them to the better business bureau... The person i spoke to was Sarah a real piece of work, not willing to send an invoice to my HSA for payment NOW i;m stuck paying this padded bill.

I was on the verge of signing a contract with one of the major generator dealers in town when I thankfully asked a question about their lead time for installation. I couldn’t believe it when they told me 2 months. In reading another review on Google by Scott Smith for ERMCO generator work, I suspect I was communicating with the same company he was that quoted him a 2-month lead time. I was facing a 1 month deadline to get a Honeywell Generator (made by Generac) installed to claim an extended warranty promotion. I put a lot of faith in Scott Smith’s review and gave ERMCO a call.
