There are better places w way better pricing and customer service One purchase of beige sand.. We have dealt with this company at other locations with no issue.. I asked for a color we needed, they printed the invoice w a different color. They were closing soon and they rushed me out. It was definitely not the right color, but close. They don’t accept returns apparently even when they made the error. Frustrated. Plus I will add, prices are elevated for the area. Good Luck

Worst customer service.I've ever heard of they can't even answer the phone. My wife went into the store to pay for stone that we had already picked out and was told by the two people standing around doing nothing that she couldn't be helped, and they didn't know how to take payment. I also have called five different times and left voicemails, or just got fed up and hung up.Because i'm on hold for so long. Once I actually spoke to a person, they told me they could not take payment over the phone and then I had to come into the office.

Staff is great and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of Hardscape Products including a ton of Unilock pavers.

On the contractors side this place is awesome. They always have what I need and the prices make sense. Guys at the front desk and in the yard are always on point and very knowledgeable.
