Ernest Proulx Municipal Parking Facility

Parked here.... did not know it was unsafe. Didn't notice damage or anything sketchy. However my gf & i went to go back to get my car just before sunset and were met with a security guard hassling us. He made my partner feel very unsafe. We were trying to tell him we are literally parked on upper level. Continues to follow us in his car and just watch us get in & drive away. Idk what he was doing. I hope he was just making sure we were safe but it made us both feel unsafe at the time. Explaining to a security guard who doesn't speak English that my car is in the facility and we are trying to leave. Gave me a thumbs up like he understands but then just continues to creep om us. I understand theres issues there but don't treat every single person like they are a criminal. Thank you Holyoke f

This is a very dirty and nasty place. The staff do the best they can to clean up, but people use the stairwells as a restroom, and even in the parking area. I've seen needles and syringes in here. I had photos posted to Google Maps, but someone deleted them.

This is a great safe and cheap place to park in Holyoke.

Need EV charging, could be great idea.

Do not park here, they will ticket you.
