Good Contractors are extremely difficult to find. Chet and her team at ERS are true professionals. From start to finish, we are impressed with a dedicated team that does not cut corners. After contacting the ERS team, we received a very detailed quote. Chet ensured that the extended team reviewed the site and aligned to the plan prior to finalizing a contract. Her carpenters were top notch - finding wood issues from the prior owner and repairing them in a very short time period. We also asked to extend the scope of our project and Chet reached out to her network to get 3 separate quotes for the additional work ensuring the best price. Extremely satisfied with the communication, honesty, and most importantly quality from this team.

We chose ERS last year to build a second story addition on our house and it was the best decision we could have made. Chet and the ERS team did a beautiful job of transforming our home. ERS Better Homes did a huge renovation on our very old home. She brought to the table many creative ideas to continue with the old cottage design while brining it up to a modern look and feel. We went with ERS for our 2nd story dormer addition solely for Chet’s problem solving skills. We had a very tight timeline which kept on track aside from weather related delays. She came up with creative solutions to multiple design and engineering roadblocks and managed to get us an extra foot in ceiling height. She also made the permitting and inspection processes a breeze.
