I can't say enough good things about my experience with Aaron & Company. The staff is amazing. They treated me as if I was a big account although all I needed was a $3.00 toilet flapper. They provided specialized service no matter how big the order was. I felt appreciated as a customer and their service was outstanding. Wesley helped me find an older order I was looking for. Joel went above and beyond, going out of his way to help me find a model number on one of my toilets. And Jennifer B couldn't have been more friendly and helpful when finalizing the sale. Every person I dealt with was as friendly and as helpful as can be. I will forever be a loyal customer because of the way you treated me. Thank you.
Aaron Plumbing provides excellent products and excellent service. I worked with Jen who was amazing - so helpful - with great advice and eager to help with any concern. We were doing our renovation and had problems due to the pandemic which delayed our renovation and they were able to hold our merchandise until we needed it . All our bathroom fixtures are beautiful and very high quality. Jen's personal attention made all the difference. She and Aaron Plumbing are fantastic!
It’s too bad there is no way to do zero or negative stars. My wife and I picked out plumbing fixtures in the beginning of March. Lori “helped” us. We of course were forced to pay up front. Our bathroom project started on March 1st, and as of today, we still have not received the faucets or shower head that we ordered. When we met with Lori, we specifically said that if anything would be back ordered she could let us know and we would pick something else. Our project was done in mid May, and our plumber went to Aaron’s and asked where the faucets and shower head were. We were told they would be in in November. No phone calls. No emails. No updates whatsoever. We’ve since found fixtures elsewhere, and they won’t give us our money back without a “restocking fee”. Restocking usually means to t
It's not the dollars, but the point of the matter. They had the inventory & nice enough folks, but to put it mildly they are expensive. I try like hell to avoid the big box stores and online to support local businesses (granted Aaron is somewhere between the two), but nonetheless I try. After looking online I decided I didn't want to wait the 2 days and to pick it up locally. Went to them they charged me $49 while online option was $31. I understand they need & should charge something for holding inventory, but a 58% increase over the alternative? Too much. We are not talking a lot of money, but the % shows a lack of support for those who try and support them. I will pay the extra in the future but only in an emergency.
I don’t think they care very much about customer service here. The feeling I got there was a sense of annoyance from staff. I found it difficult to get anyone to offer a “hello may I help you?” One young guy there did offer help which was much appreciated after initial blank stares from most of the first couple staff who punted my inquires to him. One other reviewer said “rude” - I can see why they felt that way. Too bad. I doubt they were always this way given they have more than one location. I hope the owner(s) can help change their culture.
