ERS Restoration & Construction

Absolutely horrible company. My insurance company hired ERS to redo my kitchen after a broken pipe. I believe ERS hired out sub contractors, who did not know what they were doing. My kitchen was redone by them a couple years ago, I had to have them redo the tile and grout in the backsplash several times, and still today my grout comes off every time I clean. They did not use the proper supplies, left horrible uneven, chunky grout lines, left grout stains all along the back of the brand new countertops, rehung my under cabinet lights in uneven, awkward places. My window shade was installed uneven, and grouted around my window so thick, I can't even scrape it out. I think this is the company my insurance hired to do restoration. Absolute nightmare dealing with them. They gave me false promises and did a horrible job. I would not trust them.
