In North Carolina, a person, firm or corporation is required to have a general contractors license when performing a construction project costing $40,000.00 or more. Sincerely, Susan D. Sullivan Director of Complaints and Investigations We do not recommend unless you are looking for substandard work! Based on two independent floor contractors they did a poor job sanding our floors and as a result have to have them sanded again !
