I cored a very large diameter hole for these guys at the Riverbend Residences in Idaho Springs under a verbal agreement from their onsite foreman. After issuing them an invoice they refused to pay me based on the fact I resided out of state. I found it hilarious that every other company on site paid me without blinking an eye. If they treat fellow tradesmen like this who stick their necks out for them in the middle of the mountains (while traveling 1,000+ miles away from home for work), what do you expect in return for service as a customer? Mind you this was over a mere $350. Funny the things you remember scrolling through a camera roll.

I can't recommend Casey enough! He bought in heavy equipment to get my driveway and utility trailer clear on Christmas Eve! We were buried for two days with the wind storm and could get anyone to come out. He is fast, does great work, and cost less than what I used to pay a pickup with a blade to do the job. Thank you so much!

ESCO is a family owned company that truly cares about its employees and the surrounding community. They are continuously giving back to the community and their generosity is appreciated. I also know know they are very dedicated to quality and hire some of the best people in the business.

I have no personal experience with ESCO but given how quickly they done the Evergreen lakeside project, I am absolutely *floored*. They should be the only crew allowed to do any major road construction in CO. Much better than the other project team by Evergreen High School.

Unethical. Was a tenant in a building they owned. They wanted us to move out early to facilitate them selling the building, but they did not return the deposit money from the beginning of the lease.
