Our service technician was great! He explained everything that he did and was very personable. We appreciated him and we're thankful that our generator continues to keep our home powered during times of power outages.

I had decided to do the maintenance on our generator so I called a few weeks ago to cancel the scheduled maintenance. It is installed at a vacation home and I noticed on the security cameras that there was a technician doing the maintenance. I called and reminded them that I had canceled and I had already purchased the package from Generac to do the tune up. The young lady I talked to told me not to worry as they apparently neglected to remove me from the list. She apologized and told me there would be no charge. Very polite and professional (as they always are) and I’ll save the tune up kit until next year.

The serviceman was great. His knowledge of home electrical work's is top shelf. He answered all of my questions, and I learned a lot. I am very happy with this visit to my home.
