ESDS Construction Corp.

This guy makes promises and does not deliver. He has been working on a 6 month project at my house for over 2 years. His hired help are constantly throwing away materials for the job and my ladder is now missing. I would not trust him to order lunch. I’ll be suing him for undelivered work. I had the exact same issues as the poster below. Do not give this company money unless you are ok with making a donation and getting nothing but broken promises in return. I have been hiring outside workers to complete his incomplete work. Recently, he left me with a broken toilet on New Year’s Eve and he knew I had people coming over.

No respect for project once he receives advance payment, horrible communications, no response, continuous delay tactics and poor quality work - cutting corners. He came highly recommended in 2024, our experience has been horrible. We signed with ESDS construction in April 2024 for a basement project projected to be completed in 2 months. While he filed for a permit, never followed up with the town for which I personally went and the project started in July. It is Sep 2025; 15 months since the project initiation and still not complete. His subcontractors complained that they have either not been paid, delayed payment or much below agreement while Eduardo (Eddie) was paid ontime per agreement. Similar negative experience with Eduardo (Eddie) Dasilva, the guy lacks any integrity so steer clear. Went with him him for our bathroom remodel in 2024 after being recommended. Eddie was very friendly and responsive when we met him and was prompt at the start of the job, that is until we gave him money. Being new to working with contractors I took the payment terms as they came rather than pushing back and paid nearly 95% before any major work had started, at which point Eddie was not responsive through text or phone and stopped showing up to check the progress of the work and only relied on photographs that the subcontractors sent him (also never a good sign when someone's voicemail is always full and preventing you from leaving a message). Eventually the 3-4 week job was "completed"

ESDS .Construction painted my house which included replacing and patching the wood trim. They were pleasant to work with and did what they agreed to do. The price was very reasonable. I like the end result and so do my neighbors.

I hired the company ESDS CONSTRUCTION, to do a job in my house they were punctual, and very professional Eduardo he is very good and professional from beginning to end he is always willing to attend and explain what is happening in the work I recommend ESDS 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
