Esmeralda's Full House Cleaning

First time using and they did a fantastic job! Super nice to my big hairy dog. They found lots of his hair in places i didnt know it could get into😂

Esmeralda’s cleaning crew of two were great! They thoroughly cleaned my townhome and did an excellent initial clean. They were easy to schedule with and flexible. I didn’t feel like they rushed their cleaning either which is always nice. I can’t wait to routinely use them.

Esmeralda’s made it so easy to book and schedule a deep clean! Even with the last minute ask to add a second property to clean they made it happen. Vickie and Liz did an amazing job. They paid close attention to all the details such as fans and blinds. They even cleaned the base of the desk chairs! I’m already looking at having them back soon. If you are looking for a local small business to use this is the one. You won’t regret it!

We have started using Esmeralda's Full House Cleaning around 5 years ago. Initially we had a good experience, consistent quality of cleaning, no issues with scheduling. Within past couple years the service went down the hill so badly to the point that each time we'd get a different crew (not the biggest issue). However, the cleaning crew would not complete cleaning by skipping rooms, crew members would straight up lie in my face that each room was completed while it was not touched at all and the scheduling became a nightmare. They started assessing late fees for late cancellations that is understandable. However, they would purposefully schedule our cleaning outside of our confirmed availability so they can charge us late fees. Furthermore, cleaning fees were raised out of nowhere $50. W

A team of 2 ladies arrive. I make sure the clean sheets are out, the countertops are cleared. And relax. The team is thorough. Ceiling fans dusted, the floors are swept and vacuumed before mopping. The team is good about following directions if I have something unique that I don’t want cleaned. My normal day is Tuesday. But if something comes up and Tuesday doesn’t work, I let the manager know and they come another day. Totally worth having Esmeralda’s Cleaning!
