Esposito Construction

Let me start by saying there are some amazing contractors out there who have the ability to build a beautiful home or beautiful building and also keep their construction site tidy. This is not the case for this company. Not only is the construction site and overall property visibly a farce, the contractors working for them have left piles of garbage week after week. Contractor vehicles line each side of the road. But , as is with most contractors, I have a good feeling that they know someone in town so they’ll get away with whatever they want to.

Nothing against Esposito, but they bought Control Services Demolition who owes me over $31,000 for nearly 2 years. I offered to settle for a third of the balance and Joseph Bolowski still won’t pay me.

I live in a community where they are the site developers. They have left half of the development with no street lights. Its like a blackout when we walk outside at night. Very dangerous conditions.

Guy driving on rt 42 in south jersey. With the company vehicle. Grey truck . Tag xks. Driving reckless. No signal. And when I approach him he put his lights on to blind me.

The construction company working in our community are a really a menace. Extremely inconsiderate they drive the huge construction vehicles in and out at 2 am or 3am in the morning and odd hours . just a nuisance isnt there a law to ensure they don’t use heavy vehicles after certain hours .
