Randy is amazing and takes pride in his work. He came to my house the same day I reached out about a quote and we quickly came to a gentleman’s handshake about price. He went above and beyond by exceptionally cleaning my three chimneys and detached two car garage. Will definitely use Essential Maintenance Services again on an annual basis! Would recommend 100% I called at 7AM and he was out here by noon. The price was more than reasonable and the professionalism is top teir. He not only cleared and cleaned gutters but he went above and beyond and helped me trouble shoot a massive leak in the lower level of the house. So grateful I found him!

Mr. Cansler did an amazing job washing my house, roof and concrete. His dedication to detail is beyond reproach. I was in the process of getting an estimate to have my 28 year old siding replaced, as Mr Cansler was working. The company giving me the estimate looked at the cleaned portion of my house and left, stating I didn't need new siding. I agreed and canceled other bidders appointments. I'll admit I'm a little tight when it comes to spending my money, but I couldn't be happier. I definitely received my monies worth. I'll call Mr Cansler again the next time my house needs a good bath. Kudos to a job well done. My siding, roof and concrete look new again.

Exceptional job!! He takes his time and it shows in the finished job. I texted him at 9:00 this morning and he gave me an estimate and he was able to come by 11:00 on the same day. He is professional and friendly and easy to talk with.

I highly recommend EMS. I contacted Randy on Friday and he was at my house on Saturday. He is thorough and doesn’t cut corners. The house, porches, and deck look great. It’s the best cleaning job we’ve had.
