CHRISS IS KIND HONEST AND GOOD YOU NEED MORE TECS LIKE HIM only problem is the water for drinking does NOT work now just rings a bell

My home warranty company contracted with Sears to repair my fridge. Tech came out the next day, 8-5-25, and said the computer board was bad. This is a $3,000 2022 GE that had the compressor replaced 3 months after it was purchased. Part arrived the next day, 8-6-25 and I texted Sears that the part arrived and they assigned me an 8-22-25 repair date. Imagine what my wife said. Anyway, I could not get that date moved up and guess what, nobody showed up on 8-22-25. On 8-28-25 after using as much tact as I could, my warranty company could not get Sears to assign a new date. They were released from my work. Interestingly enough I still get an email every day from Sears saying the part for my fridge is delayed. Thankfully it was installed today. Jerome (Joe) was friendly , professional, and communicative. Within 2 or 3 mins he diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately for me , he couldn’t get any parts for it. The refrigerator is only like 6 years old., and no parts for it . Me and my wife very dissappointed. So we were out 119$ and it was not fixed. It seems most appliances can’t get fixed anymore. Have to just buy a new one. Way it is most of the time . We Went to Lowe’s and did that. Joe was great , and he couldn’t help they didn’t have the part. It was just frustrating. . Out 119 $ And nothing done. Took him 2 min to diagnose. He knows his stuff. Just have to accept a lot of appliances can’t get fixed.

Great experience! My technician thoroughly examined my freezer and identified the problem/fixed it quickly. He was helpful and explained every bit of the process so I understood what was going on. I was also kept in the loop on the timeframe. Great from start to finish!
