eTech Masonry and Restoration,Chimney, Basement & Foundation repair

I hired eTech to restore the brick foundation of my 1890s house. The project included replacing deteriorated bricks, repointing, and new waterproofing throughout our basement, as well as sealing the perimeter of the house on the outside. I worked with Matt who was communicative and responsive throughout the project. The work performed by him and his crew is thorough and meticulous. We now have peace of mind knowing our foundation is in good shape, and have also gained more usable space in the basement. I would not hesitate to recommend eTech or to use them again for a future project.

Matt and his team did a great job in our backyard. It was unusable as it was. As they progressed, they identified some few other issues with explained everything very diligently, proposing solutions. They were available in quite short notice, worked quickly, even organizing themselves in poor weather. They cleaned up well after them! Matt and his team at E-Tech did a great job rebuilding my front steps. He gave me a very fair price and was available and responsive throughout the entire job. When they removed the bricks, we discovered the cement blocks beneath were corroded due to the water seeping in over time. This meant there was more unexpected work to be done, however he gave me options to choose from on how to proceed. Matt is a business person who keeps his word and cares very much about his integrity and making sure his clients are happy with the job.
