Rod was fantastic during our recent real estate purchase and we were lucky to have him as our inspector. He is professional in every sense—very experienced, knowledgeable and has a very high attention to detail. He really took the time to go through every corner of the property during our inspection and identified issues that we could have overlooked. He helped us with the mold and air quality testing after our inspection as well, which was very convenient. He was very accommodating with scheduling and is very prompt to respond to communications.
