Ethan's Tree Service

Aweful, aweful, aweful! Ethan came by to give us a quote. He told us when he had time to do the job. I asked him to send me a written quote (text would be fine) and then we waited several days and we never heard back from him. He doesn’t know how to run a reputable business. If he didn’t want to or couldn’t do the job, then he should have just said so instead of wasting our time. He is not a man of his word and should not be trusted.

My husband and I were very pleased with our experience with Ethan and his team. They did a very thorough and careful job in trimming so many of our big trees on our SML property. Our views have improved immensely! They were all very professional and safe and worked nonstop the entire day. Loved working with this young upbeat honest and trustworthy hard working guy. I received a quote and was told they might be able to make it Wednesday. Wednesday came and I heard nothing from them on setting up appointment. I followed up twice on Thursday for a call back no response. So allowing until Friday I decided to cancel and go with someone else. When I canceled they texted back saying they were busy working a job and I should have allowed more time and I was a customer they didn't want if I was that pushy. They said I only Gave them half a day but I have over 48 hours with no follow up on when they could potentially have time for the job. I would not have posted a review until they felt the need to reply with a nasty text about me as a customer because I decided to go with someone else who communicated better.

They quoted us a price to trim many trees in the yard. We told them that we wouldn't be in town for a couple of weeks to inspect the job after it was complete. The owner sent some pictures and we agreed to pay him because he said he would come back out once we saw it in person and take care of any areas that needed more work or didn't meet our expectations after seeing it in person. They missed some trees and limbs. Have tried getting in touch with the owner multiple times over the last few months to come do what he said he was going to do and haven't even received a call back from him. We are going to use a different business to finish the job which is extremely frustrating to say the least. I would look elsewhere for your tree pruning needs.
