We engaged TBS to construct a roof over our existing deck. Jay collaborated with us to ensure the design harmonized with the back facade of our residence. Specifically, the roof’s pitch aligned appropriately with the other roof pitches of our house. We requested a specialized coating, Diamond Kote, applied to the primary support beams. This coating enhances the aesthetic appeal, contrasting with the bare painted wood. Throughout the construction process, the lead crew member, Dallas, diligently communicated any necessary modifications and consistently sought our approval. Daily, a thorough cleanup was conducted. We hired TBS Construction to make changes to our church sanctuary, required to allow our new organ to be installed. The changes were extensive, including removing the carpet in the choir loft and altar area, refinishing the existing hardwood flooring and adding hardwood flooring in the choir loft, changing the walkway from the Choir Room to the sanctuary to allow for wheelchair access. The sanctuary is nearly one hundred years old and there were a few surprises found as demolition began, including the lack of floor structure where the new wheelchair access was being created.
