Ethos Roofing & Restoration

I cannot say enough positive things about Ethos Roofing & Restoration and Lance. They did a fantastic job on my roof repairs, including solar removal and replacement, gutters, and more. Lance handled the insurance claim and everything with professionalism and great communication throughout the entire process. I HIGHLY recommend them for your next home repair project.

I don’t usually write reviews but had to after having such an incredible experience working with Lance and Ethos. Lance handled every aspect of our insurance claim which involved roofing, gutters, painting, screens and a complete deck rebuild. The original insurance estimate was extremely low but Lance and team negotiated the claim to where it rightly should have been in the first place. Communication was excellent and work scheduling was streamlined and done to my standards (which are a bit high!). Thank you so much for the fabulous experience and I’ll surely be recommending you to others!

A representative from Ethos first approached us when he was in the neighborhood and offered a free inspection, which turned up 19 broken tiles needing replacement. After checking to make sure the quote we got was reasonable, we decided to move forward with the repairs. We worked with Sam, who did a great job staying in communication with us throughout the process. The repair team did the work on the day that was promised and did an excellent job finding tiles that matched the color of those already on our roof (our tile had been discontinued). I highly recommend Ethos!

Sam was a pleasure to work with on our roofing project!!! He got it done in a professional manner and we will definitely use Ethos again in the future 😊

Update;: received a call from an Ethos representative and the PM who was on this job. They are standing behind the work and taking care of the repairs. This is what companies should be doing! Thank you Had roof repair work done in 2021. Flashing incorrectly installed has caused a leak. I have been calling regarding this being covered under warranty. No one calls back. Would love to hear from someone on this.
