I can't speak more highly about the experience I had with Eudaimonia. They were responsive during Super Bowl weekend and were able to schedule a next-day appointment to address my rodent issue. Their meticulous attention to detail stood out. They were extremely thorough in their assessment of my home, checking both the basement and outdoors for potential root causes of my rodent issue. They checked behind every kitchen appliance (as well as steam pipes) for any gaps, sealed them properly and treated the area. They went as far as installing an outlet cover behind the stove and being thoughtful about where they left bait, to make sure it was not in reach of my infant son. This company is contracted by our building’s management. They are liars. Service completely unhelpful. Treated for bedbugs 5 !!!! times in the past 2 year. Never on time. The “treatment” doesn’t work. We had to throw away all our furniture because the whole building is infested and this pest control company never properly treated the units. No one inspected the apartments next to ours in the past two years. Other reviews of this company are fake. Do not believe 5 star reviews. Last April they treated our apartment, we had bedbugs the next week. Beware.

I manage a restaurant in Midtown Manhattan and got to say I was using this one exterminator for many years and he wasn't doing the job I expected from him. As soon as I found Eudaimonia Pest Contol and started using there services I can not be any happier. I would recommend this company to anyone in need. Always on time and gets the job done the way any Restaurant expects it to be done. Especially being a restaurant in NYC and dealing with what any city restaurant has to deal with.
