TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND DISRESPECTFUL SUPERVISORS- HOME DEPOT SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS I WOULD I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot for a few months now since moving just a couple of blocks away, but I honestly can’t believe the level of unprofessionalism I’ve witnessed here. I seriously question the district manager’s choices — if these are the kinds of people they’re promoting, no wonder this store is always in chaos. The only time I ever see all the managers out on the floor is when upper management or corporate visits. The rest of the time, they’re either standing around pretending to work or hiding somewhere while their staff struggles to keep the place running. Bad customer service and Home Depot policy. I purchased 2 planters at the Long Island City Home Depot on clearance. Original price $59 and clearance price $21. I asked if they had more in stock and I was told that particular store ran out but he proceeded to check the nearest store which is the Bulova Home Depot for more inventory. That HD store had 4 more planters at that location so I was told to go there and they should honor the price. I grabbed the 3 planters that I found and proceeded to checkout but it rang up $59. The manager came over and said that she cannot do the price adjustment that it was too much of a difference. I showed her the receipt of the other HD and she said that they were different stores and she couldnt do it. I called customer service and they said the

I live up the street from the 48 Street location, but by chance went to this location because the local store didn’t have the basin cabinet. I couldn’t get over how many employees asked me for help. Everything we needed was stocked. What a pleasure. I will be returning. Thank you Troy for helping us load up the car. Stay warm and safe.

We had a wonderful experience from the Store Manager Oscar all the way to various floor associates and even the cashier that assisted us. There was an issue with a Ryobi drill which the manager fixed for us and the kind of treatment we received from all was OUTSTANDING. It takes kindness to treat people today and something which is greatly needed can make all perfect. Highly recommend this Home Depot!! Happy Holidays to all!!!

Love this Home Depot location in Queens. Bulova recently opened their new garden center and I think it's one of the best in Queens. Orderly, neat, staffed by folks that genuinely want to help me find what I'm looking for. The garden center is bright and airy, best of all, it's indoors on a cold, dreary rainy friday!
