This company, the owner, and the all the employees are outstanding. By far the best civil contractor I have ever dealt with. Not sure if the other reviewers understand everything that goes into this type of construction and all the items outside of Eureka's control that can cause the project to slow. They do their absolute best to move every job to the finish line as quickly as possible. Thank you for your services Eureka and keep up the good work!

The short road project on Otter Lake Rd between Co.Rd.96 and 4th Street has been "in process" for over 3 months. This closed roadway is still waiting for the "wear coat" layer on the road. Most days it seems that NO work is being done !!! This project should have been FINISHED more than a month ago !!!! (Started June 3rd .....) Don't know if it is the Contractor, Project Manager, or a very poorly written contract with no completion date !?

This company is managing a road project in my neighborhood in North Minneapolis. The construction zone has been largely absent for the last two weeks with the road completely closed off. I was told by a project manager that the temperature is just too cold to pour concrete, but have heard from others that that is absolutely not the case. Seems like dishonest communication and poor management.

I saw multiple trucks with this logo Eureka on them because it looks like they’ve blocked off and completely destroyed the road right in front of my apartment normally I wouldn’t care because that’s a good sign that there’s construction coming, but it’s just been destroyed almost all year I haven’t seen any progress. It’s not a big deal And not really anything against any workers in particular but why do you guys destroy the road and then lay a bunch of traffic cones down, making extremely inconvenient to get to work adding a 5 to 10 minute commute to everybody in my apartment and everybody in my neighborhood’s life for the whole year it’s just stupid
