Euro Design Build has an excellent design process incorporating your wishes. They are thorough and comprehensive. They walk you through the design process in detail with options for your selections. Selections are brought together for your review and drawings are created to show you an overview of how the project will turn out. When the design process is completed you will have an excellent idea of the scope and price of your project. Melinda's designs are fantastic. I chose a modern design and was very pleased with the results but she has the skills to do any style you prefer.

Melinda, Seval and their team recently completed a $600,000 renovation on my 17-year-old home. The job consisted of: all new master bath, all new master closet, hand scraped hardwood floors in master bedroom, hand scraped hardwood floors for rear staircase, new tile and counters for kitchen, new sinks and hardware for kitchen. There were so many moving parts and details that went into the design and construction. The electricians, painters, plumbers, etc that were hired by Euro were all so very professional, respectful and qualified. During this 5 month renovation, my husband and I stayed upstairs and while that was a challenge, Euro ensured that our home and our furnishings were cared for and well protected. I would first say that this is my 12th project with Euro Design Build. I met Melinda and Seval when I was interviewing builders for my master bathroom remodel back in 2007. We have just completed our kitchen remodel and could not be happier with the results. A blend of oak painted cabinets and Knotty Alder stained wood. Not only did we achieve a brighter and more open kitchen but incorporating the latest lighting and appliances. Euro Design Build remodeled our kitchen in a house that we lived in for 35 years. Melinda Dzinic was great to work with as a designer. Having her own showroom made it very convenient to decide on different materials for our kitchen. She patiently showed us many possibilities until we were completely satisfied with the materials chosen. There were several things that we did not know much about but she informed us about the pros and cons of each so that we could make an educated decision. She is very knowledgeable about kitchen design , especially things that will make life more convenient. What started out as just replacing the countertops, backsplashes, and appliances grew into a much bigger remodeling project. We also decided to replace the cabinets, remove the column between the kitchen
